The following images were taken with the Nikon Z 600mm f6.3 VR S lens mounted on a 45MP Nikon Z8 camera. In some shots I used the Z TC-1.4x teleconverter. All images were shot wide open as RAW files and developed in Lightroom 13.1/CRAW 16.1 from RAW to Adobe Vivid profile with the lens profile compensating CA, vignetting, and distortions. Noise-reduction is set to 0 on images shot below ISO 3000, on images with higher ISO I applied the new AI denoise in Lightroom with the standard setting of 50%. This resulted in a bit of extra sharpening over my normal sharpening of 50/0.5/36/10 but not overly so. See the following 100% crops of an image shot at ISO 6400:

I applied exposure compensation but no extra tone, color, contrast, or saturation adjustment except for the Adobe Vivid profile. Some images are cropped a bit. All birds of prey except for the bearded vulture were behind a wire-mesh fence, so there are some artefacts in these images. But all other images were shot without a fence or glass interfering. The individual exposure details are stated for each image. All of my high-resolution Nikon Z 600mm f4 TC VR S sample images are available to download in their original formats for analysis at Flickr.
